Beautiful Bangkok 2020: A Blossom of Happiness

Mileage Communications collaborated with Neo Target to promote ‘Beautiful Bangkok 2020: A Blossom of Happiness’, an innovative year-end event created by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) — one of Thailand’s leading property developers. Jointly organised with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and the Ratchaprasong Square Trade Association (RSTA), the event will comprise of a dazzling light and sound spectacular that will light up Bangkok’s skyline during the year-end festive season.


Advanced AI technology and a highly creative team brought in from Japan have designed a sensational light and sound show so that images can be projected onto Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard, which has a distinctive design inspired by magnolia petals. The event’s highlights include an interactive feature to personalise the light show with the heartbeats of individual spectators, and is sure to elevate the prestige of Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard tower — a 60-storey super-luxury residential complex and a striking Ratchaprasong landmark.


‘Beautiful Bangkok 2020: A Blossom of Happiness’ commenced on Monday, 16 December 2019, with the light-up taking place between 06:00PM and 09:00PM. Activities in front of Magnolias Ratchadamri Boulevard are open to the public from 17 to 31 December 2019 between 06:00PM and 11:00PM. The event will culminate on 31 December 2019 with a New Year Countdown display.

Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC) is also organising a ‘Beautiful Bangkok Free Shuttle’ service running along Ratchadamri, Rama IV, and Siam Square, to provide additional convenience to visitors throughout the Festive Season.


‘Beautiful Bangkok 2020: A Blossom of Happiness’ is most certainly going to bolster Bangkok’s position as one of the most visited cities in Southeast Asia, and one of the top three tourist destinations preferred by international tourists to Thailand.
