We have handled many high-profile incidents including the Nicoll Highway collapse in 2004, the sinking of Hyundai 105 off Sentosa Island in 2004, the Marriott Islamabad hotel bombing in 2008, as well as the AIA Critical Year issue. In recent years, we also handled the Maritime Maisie collision in Busan in 2013 and the Chiropractic First incident in Jakarta in 2016.
We specialise in conducting media and crisis response training for top management and junior staff. These intensive sessions with realistic roleplaying prepare participants to deal with the media during crises. We also conduct simulated drills for companies. To date, we have trained more than 1,000 senior management staff from various companies including BG Group, Vopak Asia, Teekay Shipping, The Travel Corporation and Takeda Development Centre Asia.

On top of providing media training for doctors both locally and overseas, we also conduct media briefings for clinical trials, opening of pharmaceutical plants, dealing with patient support groups, organising educational health talks and seminars. We have extensive experience in the hospitality and travel sector by publicising the properties, products and services offered, and conducting media familiarisation trips. Some of our clients include Marriot International, Cathay Pacific Airways, Sri Lankan Airlines, Inside Vacations, and NATAS.
On top of handling issue and crisis management for the shipping industry, we also handle public relations for past and present clients such as Singapore Maritime Foundation, Mitsui-OSK, United Kingdom Hydrographics Office, and President Marine.
We organise events and opening ceremonies for our past and present clients such as Shimano, Singapore Sports Council, and Safra Bay Run & Army Hub Marathon. We were able to generate publicity for these clients as well.
