Yap Boh Tiong, Group Chairman

Amassing over 40 years of experience in mass communications, Boh Tiong is the driving force behind Mileage. His previous experiences in leading Singapore companies like Singapore Airlines, Inchcape, United Overseas Bank and The Straits Times have allowed him to provide strategic counsel to clients of Mileage.

Boh Tiong is also a Master Trainer in crisis management training. He trains the top managements of Fortune 100 companies and also personally handled several high-profile incidents. Some notable ones include the hotel bombings in Islamabad and Jakarta, phenol spill in the Straits of Johor, Nicoll Highway collapse and AIA Critical Year Option.

Patsy Phay, Executive Director

Patsy’s strong credentials of over 20 years in international banks have helped Mileage in establishing a stronger presence in the financial industry. Her ability to simplify complex matters and translate them into effective communication strategies has made her a popular choice among some of the world’s leading institutions like World Gold Council and State Street Global Advisors (one of the world’s largest institutional asset managers).

She has since helped Singapore as well as Hong Kong companies on their IPOs and road shows. She has also developed investor relations programmes for public listed companies.

Her stint at Mileage also saw her developing award winning work in reputation management for many Fortune 100 companies, spanning over other sectors such as healthcare/pharmaceutical, corporate, IT and consumer/lifestyle.

She is currently overseeing all business sectors: Consumer/Lifestyle, Corporate, Education, Finance, Infocomm/Technology, Healthcare/Biotech/Pharmaceutical, Hospitality/Travel, Shipping and Sports.
