Recently, Mileage Communications held its trademark Crisis Response and Media Training Workshop for CST Singapore, a global vessel owner-operator providing ship owning and ship management services.
But there was a twist—staff from Johor Bahru, Malaysia were also participating, albeit virtually, in the workshop. That was the first time that Mileage Communications has conducted an in-person workshop that is concurrently being livestreamed via Zoom.

The workshop is not just theoretical, but also includes interactive sessions with staff to let them get a taste of possible scenarios in a crisis.
